Our Brother Jose Luis Hernandez Jr., Road Name, "Deputy Dog", started as a young cadet in law enforcement graduating from the Police Academy.  He left Texas and did some work for the FBI in Arizona.

He later moved back to the Rio Grande Valley, where he continued his career in Law Enforcement.   He worked for Cameron County Parks Police in South Padre Island, Texas and later got hired as Cameron County Deputy Constable where he became a Criminal Investigator.

Deputy Dog enjoyed the sport of Motorcycling and in 2013, he joined our Blue Knights Texas XLII.  Sadly, on July 11, 2015, he passed away and transferred to Blue Knights® Heaven I Chapter.  A Chapter where all our brothers & sisters go to Ride with Pride for eternal life.  Our brother Deputy Dog will be forever be missed, but never forgotten! May he Rest In Peace!!
